New Stage Tour Pre-Order Option for Digital PS5 Owners

We’ve heard from players who have pre-ordered a Stage Tour PS5 game and hardware bundle, or are considering one, but own a PS5 without a disc drive.

All Stage Tour PS5 game and hardware bundles include a physical Stage Tour disc, which requires a PS5 with a disc drive to play.

We understand the confusion and have updated our existing PS5 game and hardware bundle product pages to make it more prominent that these bundles include a physical Stage Tour disc. Based on your feedback, we’ve also put together an alternative for players who need a digital copy.

A Digital Game and Hardware-Only Option

While we’re currently unable to offer a PS5 bundle that includes a digital copy of Stage Tour, we’ve introduced exclusive PS5 hardware-only bundles for players affected by this issue.

PlayStation Plus members can save 10% on their digital pre-order of Stage Tour through the PlayStation Store. The digital game is normally priced at $39.99 USD / €39.99 / £34.99, and the 10% discount is exclusive to PlayStation Plus members.

By combining one of our exclusive PS5 hardware-only bundles with a separately purchased digital copy of Stage Tour, players can get the hardware and game they want without needing a disc drive.

For PlayStation Plus members, the additional digital pre-order discount helps bring the combined cost closer to that of our existing physical game and hardware bundles. Final pricing will vary depending on the selected hardware bundle, region, and PlayStation Plus membership.

How It Works

1. Pre-order Stage Tour digitally on the PlayStation Store.
Purchase the digital game separately through the PlayStation Store. PlayStation Plus members can save 10% during the digital pre-order period.

2. Choose and pre-order your PS5 hardware-only bundle from us
Visit our dedicated page to explore the available Solo Guitar, Duo Guitar, Band Kit and Pro Band Kit bundle options.

3. Get ready for launch on December 10, 2026.
Your hardware will be shipped separately, and your digital copy of Stage Tour will be available to download through the PlayStation Store.

Pre-Order Stage Tour digitally on the PlayStation Store

Already Pre-Ordered a PS5 Game and Hardware Bundle?

If you’ve already pre-ordered a Stage Tour PS5 game and hardware bundle through our store (stagetour.com) but own a PS5 without a disc drive, this new option may be a better fit.

If you'd prefer this option you can cancel your existing pre-order anytime through our pre-order management portal and then place a new order for your preferred PS5 hardware-only bundle, then purchase the digital game separately through the PlayStation Store.

Before making any changes, we recommend reviewing the available hardware-only options to make sure you’ve found the right alternative.

Once you’re ready, you can manage or cancel your existing pre-order using the link below. To sign in, you’ll need the email address used to place your order and your Purple Dot pre-order confirmation number (e.g., #PD123123).

Manage Your Pre-Order

Please note that existing orders will not automatically convert to hardware-only bundles, and the digital game must be purchased separately.

If you have any questions or need help with your existing order, contact our support team at support@stagetour.com.

Have a PS5 With a Disc Drive?

Our existing PS5 game and hardware bundles remain available and include a physical Stage Tour disc.

If your PS5 has a disc drive, you can keep your existing pre-order or choose one of our standard bundles if you prefer a physical copy.

A Note From the Team

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback.

We want to make sure you have clear information before placing your order and an alternative if you’ve already pre-ordered a bundle that isn’t compatible with your console.

We appreciate your continued support and look forward to seeing you on stage this December!
