ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
Last updated: August 25, 2026
RedOctane Games LLC ("Games") operates this website and is the developer and publisher of the Stage Tour game. RedOctane Labs LLC ("Labs") is the seller and merchant of record for Stage Tour pre-orders and purchases made through the Site. In this statement, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Games or Labs according to the function involved, and to both companies where they jointly provide an integrated part of the Site or purchasing journey. We want Stage Tour to reach as many players as possible, including players with disabilities.
This is an interim statement published at launch. We will replace it with a more detailed statement, including a specific conformance assessment, once our evaluation of this site is complete.
1. Scope
This statement covers the website at StageTour.com, including any successor URL designated by Games and associated subdomains, directories, and subdirectories operated by or on behalf of Games or Labs that link to this statement. It also covers the Stage Tour e-commerce journey made available by or on behalf of Games or Labs, including product pages, the cart, Shopify checkout, payment and policy-assent controls, cookie and consent controls, order confirmation, the Purple Dot pre-order management portal, cancellation functions, and customer-support and returns forms used to complete or manage an order (collectively, the "Site").
This statement does not cover:
- The Stage Tour game itself, its in-game features, its hardware peripherals, or the console and platform storefronts through which it is distributed. We intend to publish separate information about game accessibility ahead of launch.
- Independent third-party websites and services that we merely link to, including platform storefronts, social media platforms, and partner and hardware-retailer sites. Those independent services are governed by their own accessibility practices. This exclusion does not apply to third-party technology used by or on our behalf as an integral part of browsing, ordering, paying for, managing, cancelling, returning, or obtaining support for a Stage Tour order. Those customer-facing components are included in our accessibility evaluation to the extent they form part of the Stage Tour purchasing journey.
2. Standard we are working toward
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.1 Level AA is incorporated into EN 301 549 v3.2.1, a European accessibility standard for information and communications technology. We are also evaluating the requirements applicable to the Stage Tour e-commerce service under the European Accessibility Act and its national implementing laws. References to these standards describe our target and assessment framework; they are not a claim of full conformance or of a legal presumption of conformity.
3. Conformance status
The Site's current conformance status is not assessed. We do not claim full conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA or EN 301 549. We are evaluating the accessibility requirements applicable to the Stage Tour e-commerce service under the European Accessibility Act and its national implementing laws.
We have not yet completed an accessibility evaluation of the Site in its current form, and we have not commissioned an independent audit. Rather than describe an assessment we have not carried out, we are publishing this interim statement now so that anyone who encounters a barrier has a clear route to reach us, and we will publish a specific conformance assessment once our evaluation is complete.
4. Areas we are evaluating
Our evaluation covers the areas most likely to affect people using assistive technology, including:
- Text alternatives for images and non-text content
- Keyboard access and visible focus for every interactive element
- Colour contrast and text resizing
- Headings, landmarks, and reading order
- Form labels, instructions, and error messaging
- Captions and controls for video and audio content
- Control over any moving, auto-advancing, or auto-playing content
- The Stage Tour e-commerce journey end to end, including product pages, the cart, Shopify checkout, payment, policy assent, order confirmation, the Purple Dot pre-order management portal cancellation, and support
- Cookie and consent controls and other third-party components provided by or on our behalf as part of the Site
We will report what this evaluation finds, including any barriers that remain, when we update this statement.
5. What we are doing
- Our assessment and monitoring process includes automated testing and manual review of critical user journeys, keyboard-only and screen-reader testing, recording reported barriers, testing remediations, and rechecking affected journeys after material changes.
- We will prioritise and remediate the issues we identify, beginning with anything that prevents a user from completing a task.
- We are including accessibility requirements in the design and development review process for new pages and features, including the pre-order and checkout experience.
- We raise accessibility requirements with third-party vendors whose components appear on the Site and track reported barriers with them through remediation or an effective alternative means of access.
6. Getting help and alternative access
If a barrier on the Site prevents you from doing something you came here to do — signing up for updates, reading news, filling in one of our forms, or placing a pre-order — please contact us. We will work with you to provide that information, product, or service through an alternative method, and where we are able, we will help you complete the action directly.
You will not be charged more, and you will not receive a lesser product or service, for using an alternative method. You may request this statement or information about the Site in another accessible format, including an oral explanation, by using the contact information below. If you are outside the United States or Canada, or cannot use the telephone, email us to request a callback or another suitable format.
7. Feedback and how to report a problem
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Site. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us:
- Email: support@stagetour.com — please include "Accessibility" in the subject line
- Telephone: (888) 482-7190 (toll-free within the United States and Canada; if you are elsewhere, email us to request a callback or oral explanation)
- Post: RedOctane Labs LLC, Attn: Accessibility, 3142 Constitution Drive, Livermore, California 94551, United States
To help us respond quickly, please include as much of the following as you can:
- The web address (URL) of the page where you encountered the problem
- A description of what happened and what you were trying to do
- The browser, operating system, and device you were using
- Any assistive technology you were using, and its version
We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within two business days, in line with our general support response target, and to provide a substantive response, including a proposed solution or alternative means of access where appropriate, within 10 business days. If an issue will take longer to resolve, we will tell you and offer an alternative way to complete what you were trying to do.
8. Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology
The Site is intended to work with current and recent major versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari on desktop and mobile, used together with current versions of common assistive technologies, including screen readers, screen magnification, and speech-recognition software. Compatibility testing is part of our current evaluation. When that testing is complete, we will update this statement to identify tested combinations and known limitations.
The Site may not perform as expected on browsers that are several versions out of date, or with assistive technologies that are no longer supported by their vendors.
9. Technical specifications
Accessibility of the Site relies on the following technologies working with your browser and any assistive technologies installed on your device:
- HTML
- CSS
- JavaScript
- WAI-ARIA
10. Assessment approach
Games and Labs are assessing the accessibility of the portions of the Site for which each is responsible. The assessment uses self-evaluation, automated testing tools, manual review, and the monitoring process described in Section 5.
11. If you are not satisfied with our response
If you contact us about an accessibility barrier and are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can escalate your concern to us at support@stagetour.com marked for the attention of a manager. If you are in the European Union and remain dissatisfied, you may also raise the matter with the authority responsible for enforcing accessibility requirements for services in your country. If you are in the United Kingdom, you may raise the matter with the body responsible for accessibility and equality matters where you live. Using either route does not affect any other right or remedy available to you.
12. Changes to this statement
We will review this statement at least annually, and we will update it when our evaluation of the Site is complete or whenever we make material changes to the Site or to our accessibility practices. The date at the top of this statement shows when it was last reviewed.
This statement was prepared on August 25, 2026 and relates to the Site as it stood on that date.
